Grip

Hey Guys,

Orrible winter weather - mild, damp, and roads very slippery. My standard 172 doesnt seem to have much grip on roundabouts, especially if you carry a bit of speed in, and then apply some right foot when you see the exit. The car wants to waltz. Its fun, but is it normal/typical? Ive checked the tyres and pressures and both OK. Got Continentals on all corners.

Yes mate, fwd car, plenty of power and greasy road surface... quite normal.

Yeah its like a skid pan at the moment. Wheel spinning, sliding - great fun. Just dont over do it (note to self).
