Forgot what short cut to type into run to get up 'Group policy', Its some thing like gpedit.msi ???
Some one help

Yep, You can remove nearly any thing. I'm using it to tweek my windows To the MAX

Yep, Got to get the windows on my car pc as small as i can. So i dont have loads of things filling up the 7inch screen

Nope, Didn't know there was a 'Mini XP' is it just a ripped down ISO ?
As i did that my self before i installed windows xp pro.??
Or is it a diffrent windows.

Net Meeting ( program files )
Windows Messenger ( not msn )
Msn Explorer ( program files )
Microsoft Fontpage ( Program files )
Mcrosoft Windows Movie maker ( program files )
Outlook Express ( Program files )
The Separation bar inbetween 'Shut Down' And 'Run' ( Start menu )
Windows Xp Professional Logon ( Down side of start menu )
Renamed 'Shut down....' To 'Shut Down' ( Start menu )
Removed Log Off ( Start menu )
Removed 'Word Pad' ( programs files )
Renamed 'Windows Media Player' To 'Media Player' ( Every where)
Renamed 'Run...' To 'Run' (start Menu)
Renamed 'Recycle Bin' To 'Bin (Desktop)
Renamed 'My Computer' To 'My PC' (Desktop)
Removed 'START' Button ( Start menu ( so theres only a icon ))
Removed ALL silly Mouse Overs like. When you put mouse over 'START' It says 'Click here to begin' ( Every where )

There are alot more i have done but cant remember if you would like to know how to do any of theses ask ;-)

By using the policy editor you are not actually stripping windows down thus making it faster though rob
