unlucky, make a claim against the council, down here in the south east london they are getting bad! takes the piss as we pay enought road tax for the fix's!!

went and took pics today, as there is nearly 300 pounds worth of damage to my car, and as a student I do not have the money to pay for that. need two new wheels and 2 new tyres

Hemel is terrible, then again so is much of st. albans,watford and the surrounding area

A friend of mine had similar damage to a Saxo a few years ago. The response from the council was that as his Saxo was lowered and not standard specification so they would not pay to fix his vehicle. I beleive the local Council do owe you a duty of care so should at least contribute though imo.

agreed hemel way, and watford and wycombe are awful at the moment, mate did exactly the same thing in his golf on the way home from work, and his space save was flat!
