Finally got my car back today but im still not happy with it/ work that has been done. I never signed for it and didnt give the bloke the excess money. Has anyone else had a run in with their insurance company? H****WAY Ins seem to be cowboys.

Yep, Highway are notoriously bad from what Ive heard...

Think I had a run in with them once actually - asked for some money back, got put through to "the supervisor" and this absolute rotweiler came on. Shed have probably said no if Id have asked her to p*ss on me if I was on fire...
