Normally?- you drive like me your gonna go through loadsa boxes

I ripped a chunk out the side of the gearbox where the bolt for the mount goes in.... needed a new box.... Wasnt my driving its a design fault

Oh man..... best not mod my car anymore then.... I can see us having a bet to see how many we can actually get through in 3 years k.... Im on my first after 10 1/2 months

oh god, how long before i need a new box???

hopefully reno will realise that it is quite a common fault on most of their 1.2s and recall loads of them, that way they fix them all for free

:)

No I was giving it some welly ever since i have had it.... hand breaks are my speciality. But ive never broken a mount before in my life....

thats the exact way i treat my car

rolling roaded at 2000 miles

then again at 3000 miles

tearing up the dragstrip at 4000 miles

what next at 5000 miles????

i think this new one might beat me

it looks sooo much more mental

you know youll beat it

no gearbox can put up a challenge against the mighty Tom Gearbox Killa Clio1.2

Steve I done the same to my valver. 2 weeks after getting the car it started shacking when driving. Took it to a garage and a chunk of metal had come off the box where the bolt goes it. Didnt think this was anything major untill i found out that its going to cost £900
