H&R coilover spring rates vs Bilstein b14

  172 Cup
Can anyone tell me the spring rates for H&R coilovers for the 172, compared to Bilstein B14's please.

I believe that the Bilsteins run 70nm front and 40nm rear.

I know that H&R use the Bilstein struts, but specify different spring rates.

I would like to know how much softer they are, as my trip to work now involves some awful back roads.

I was wondering if some slightly softer front springs would help to make the journey more bearable?

They probably specify different spring rates because the dampers are valved differently. Your probably better off on standard dampers and eibachs if the roads are that bad.
