Simple question are adjustments are availble on these? I know the ride hight is but are the dampers/shocks adjustable ect or they fixed settings?

as they are fixed do you rekon its an easyer enough job to set up or leave it too the pros with all the kit?

you can chuck them on yourself no bother, then get them setup when/wherever

KW V2's are around same price and have adjustable damping

They are softer than the H&R's too IIRC
