H&R lowering springs

Anbody tried these on a 172 ph2, if so what was the ride like and how much did it lower it by.
 
Still been looking at these and they seem to fit across the whole engine range, surely this means that the drop for the heavier cars will be more?
 
Just go for Apex springs. Only they have a special spring set for the RS. The rest indeed offer only one set for the complete range. This means that the RS will not drop since it is factory lowered.

Yeah, go for apex. Ruin the ride, shake all your fillings out. Schweet.
 
Yeah got apex and this is why i was looking, the drop is great but the ride not. Saw these and wondered what the drop was like. Are highsports as bad as apex for ride quality?
 
Yeah be worth more than the car soon at this rate. Are the fks any good though?
