H1 Full Beam Fitting Advice?

Hi,

wondering if someone could help, has anyone replaced there H1 full beam bulbs at any point??

if so how did you manage to do it? there seems to be two metal rods holding the bulb holder into the light front casing. Cannot see where or how they come off??

dont pull, it's push (towards the front) and then either up or down(depending on which side) each prong is seperate( there is two per holder) but will go the same way, it'll then hinge out and the bulb will drop back and out.
