Halfords Pressure Washer Warranty

Has anyone got the phone number for the warranty that comes on the label on the pressure washer?

I took it off and now its packed in.

Have you got your receipt for it?
If so you should be able to take it into a Halfords for them to sort out.
Unless It's a part that they can replace off the shelf, it'll have to be sent off to be repaired mind.

the yellow label on mine says "call 0845 601 7834 for customer care help and warrenties ect. dont take the pressure washer back to a Halfords without calling this number first"

I think I have lost the receipt but it'll be on my bank statement and they can't deny its from halfords to be quite honest.

depending on how long ago it was purchased either head office or the store can look back at purchase history and view detials of reciepts and stuff on the halfords system, i used to do it for customers all the time if they lost their reciept, its time consuming which is why i only done it to the nice custoemrs with the right attitude lol

It was only about two months ago.

I think it just overheated becasue I changed the fuse and that didn't fix it.

ive not worked for halfords for a few years now so i cant remember exactly, but on the current system they are useing it is possible to view old transactions, the oldest i looked at i think was a year so 2 months should be fine. It can be done in any store but like i said it is time consuming, the more details you have the easier it is to narrow down the search, like estimated time of purcahse, date of purchase ect, and if you used cash or card ect.

did they ask you questions when you purcahsed it for warrenty information so your name and address would have been on the reciept?

Thing is regardless of whether its a Halfords product, you'd need proof of purchase, or a statement, to prove its actually yours.
Coz any old bod could find an old pressure washer that'd been dumped and try and swangle a new one out of it.

I probably have the receipt somewhere as I keep everything, just a matter of searching.

However probably was a bit of a red warning when I saw that label. I reckon they break a lot and the stores don't deal with it properly

Take it to your local store with your bank statement. They can source and reprint your reciept, then as long as warranty still covers the item they will fill in a form and send it away for repair.

yeah sometime for other warrenty stuff like bikes and sat nav, you get a specific warrenty reciept that they just stick ur name and address on, if they asked you it would have been slightly easier to find on the system thats all.
