I suppose you have to be a particular type of uber geek to understand the fuss.....then again i played Halo 2 for a whole evening and got pretty hooked on it!

Halo was miles better than Halo 2 IMHO. Halo 2 straggled for a story I thought.

I'm hoping 3 squares everything up and doesn't leave me feeling cheated like the f**king Matrix movies did.

I used to think Halo was gods given. That was before I stated playing PC games.

Halo is hugely overrated....the new one is no different from the others just with slightly improved graphics (even they arent brilliant)
It has nothing to set it apart from all the other FPS....no physics technology, no special game modes etc, just a bog standard FPS with a bit of HDR
Complete waste of time if you ask me, wait for crysis

Indeed cremeegg, it bored the tits off of me. Just got bored of playing it after a couple of hours. The whole shield thing annoyed me in MP too, just not into the laser gun techno thing I guess.
