halogen to xenon conversion-what do i need?

Car  t3 corolla 116bhp
basically i want to know what i need to convert my standard halogen clusters to xenons whilst jeekping it all legal etc. is it just a simple case of buying a set from a 1*2 and swapping them over or is there extra electric work involved?

thanks

jonny

straight swap, just unplug old units and plug the new ones in..

£350ish for the pair that include everything you need from matt blacks

so does the headlight come as a sealed unit with the balast etc all contained within? how much are bulbs by the way and how easy are they to replace?

The ballast (silver boxes) bulds and voltage regulators are all individual items not within the sealed unit headlights

I have 3 spare bulbs, 3 voltage regulators and 1 ballast if you need anything

Legally you're 'supposed' to have washers jets fitted to the bumper for an MOT

Are they auto-leveling with the Xenon units? As above, do the ballasts need to be mounted?

If you retro-fit xenons you'll still have the manual leveling on the dash. A proper xenon fit car will not have the dial and have the adjuster on the back axel.

This is why they won't be "legal" as there'll be no auto leveling and no washers.
