Handbrake help!!!

Car  Slow red one
Got some fuel, pulled handbrake up and it stopped working and funny noise as I pulled it up:( anyone help would be great as im wondering how much it's likely to cost to fix? thanks

Cable snapped mate think I payed just over 50 pound for both cables from wests Renault on here I thort I might aswell change both while I was on very easy to change too.

it will only be one side. Easy to change mate. Have a look in the guide section, i've mentioned how to adjust it on my brakes guide.

really :S. Thought you could remove them both from the "T" piece where they join the lever cable.

think about it

1 has snapped, the other is 5years old and strecthed

you fit 1 new one, it will be more efficient on that side than the side with the stcrethed one

simple logical answer - fit a new pair of cables
