Hanging from underneath?

When fitting my splitter this morning i only just noticed this?
Does anybody know where it has came from?

It goes from the carbon canister iirc. Just cable tie it neatly.

i thought carbon canister was on the other side? or is that just phase 1 cars?

Carbon canister is on the other side on sports.

Not sure about non-sports.

Its a breather for the battery because the reactions that go on inside it can cause a buildup of gas. So it allows that gas to overflow.
