Harness sticky?

It's pointless.

You'll still get the jeb ends that insist on mounting their harnesses on the floor, still get them mounting seats with normal nuts and bolts, still get them mounting their harnesses on a rear strut brace ffs! Then let's not forget about £150 ebay roll cages, the icing on the cake!

I like pork, nice roast on a Sunday... Along with a nice spoonful of apple sauce :)

Sounds good, I do actually think I'd opt for Lamb over Pork.

so on that basis, yep, stop trying to educate pork ;)

Ha ha, if I hadn't seen many of your posts previously, and known you were into trackdays with a healthy appetite like myself, I'd tell you to not be stupid.

There was someone selling a set the other day, one of the pics showed them fitted on the floor where the rear belts normally fix to. Flagged him up on it and not a single f**k he did give.

That's the problem, many think that if they are fixed securely then they will be fine.
not realising that if all the anchor points pulling it directly down, if in an accident the harnesses could actually try to crush/squash you (or to that affect)

Where do we get these chrome strut braces from.... It could look good in the Trophy :)

For reference...

What nuts/bolts do you use to mount seats? If using the standard runners surely you can only upgrade the nuts as the bolts are welded?

With proper fixed back bucket seats you can't use the standard seat runners mate (well not with my recaro pole positions at least) and you have to use universal seat runners.
As for the bolts you want to use the high tensile type with a grade of 10.9. Stainless bolts are not an option either as they're rarely rated to 8.8, which is what most standard bolts are rated to.

Cheers mate! That's really helpful :)

I'm thinking for a Recaro trendline tbh and think that they can use normal seat runners, but I'm not sure lol
