Wtf are you on about? No offence, I just haven't got a clue.
If you don't look at your dash when changing gear, how would having it rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise help you 'shift'?

No one has done it because it looks stupid.
Because it's purely rotated, rather than re-printed.
Complete waste of time, money and effort IMO.
