the one in west yorks let me down in a bad way. Took two weeks to tell me he couldn't make a scheduled appointment, re-arranged for a week later, then told me 5 mins before he was due to turn up that he couldn't do the job!!!
fecking git. wasted 3 weeks - i've subsequently had to cancel my permagard top up for another month.

company called shine are quite good.
Cheers guys! I went over there as they couldn't tell me over the phone how much it would cost..even though I told them that it was definatly a PDR job.
Got there and they quoted me £85 + vat so just under £100...which was a fixed price...errr why couldn't they tell me that over the phone!!??
So phoned round a few more places and got it booked in at Mini Me dent removal and its only £50 all inclusive and I dont pay till im happy with the job...customer service was excellent too.
