Hazard button

Right i have a problem!

I jus bought a clio and took the standard radio out and put my custom one in.

I tried the hazard button the other day and the lights wouldn't go off. i managed to get the hazard light off but now they won't go back on when i press the button

Any ideas what i could have done?

The buttons knackered! You'll have to buy a new one.

Common fault. You can replace the actual button with either a Laguna 2 or Clio button, they're the same. As long as you use your existing Clio cap bit (with the hazard symbol on it, the Laguna and Clio ones are slightly different shapes and colours).

Got my new one fitted for £25 when it failed the MOT.

Nah, eBay Laguna part FTW!! This is where I got mine from, just changed the triangle bit to my existing Clio one, 1 min job. Brand new too so you know it shouldn't break 10 mins down the road like a scrappy one probably would.

Yeah mines bummed to, don't use it and if i need it well it just wont turn off. Wait till next years mot.
