hazey windows

Car  laguna coupe
hi when i wash my car then dry it with meguires water magnet towel on the windows they leave a hazey marks how do i get rid of it

Final wipe with a normal microfiber may help.

I tend to always go over my windows with glass cleaner spray or Quick Detailer after washing to be honest.

no its like there is a layer of something on them i use window cleaner but it doesnt lift it its like a cloudness

A decent deep clean with a glass polish sounds a must, tends to shift the deep ingrained grime that normal glass cleaner sprays won't touch.

I have used "normal" car polish on the windows before and come up very well, something very mildly abrasive like AG Super Resin Polish works pretty well, just be carefull not to get any on the plastics inside as it looks messy.

^^^oops i always use it there especially, its is almost like having rain x on as the water beads off so well!!

No problems where the wipers go then, a few people have reported it causes a haze? Water will bead well, I use it on all the other glass on mine.

Autogylm used to recommend using it on all glass bar the front screen when they supplied a small instruction booklet with every bottle of SRP a few years back, not noticed any mention of it's use on glass on the current bottle labels I have.

Yeh I nticed that too, not sure why that is though, maybe it does not react well with the wipers but I haven't noticed anything negative whilst using it TBH. Other than that though, once the windows are clean most glass sprays I have used seem to work pretty much the same, that is to say they clean the glass - like Ronseal - they do what it says on the label!
