Hazzard Light Problem

Firstly, i would like to point out that there is no longer a forum to put electrical problems like this... so if a mod needs to move it then please do.

Right, my indicators work fine on both sides, but my hazzard lights dont.

I can hear the switch clicking, so its not that. There is no sound of the relay working like when you indicate, and no lights flash etc....

i dont have a clue where to start looking, and have my MOT coming up soon... HELP!

I'd say check the switch is plugged in first, and check the contacts, then onto the relays?

as above, check the switch, then check relays - but i think the hazzard lights use the same relays as the indicators, just both working at the same time...id say it more to do with the switch....

just because it clicks dosnt mean its working, the contacts could be worn/corroded. hope this helps...

the relay is part of the UCH its under the glove box, get under there and unplug the wires or give them a jiggle should work then, if it doesnt then its a new UCH common fault

my bro has the same problem n mine stick when pressed on. Its well annoyin, apparently its anuva fault with the clio!
