Head gasket set price?

is this a decent set? Never done a head gasket before so dont know who to buy from. I want a decent set that will last,this looks a bit too cheap.

Any idea if I should get the head skimmed? If the head gasket has gone I will get it done, but if not is there any point?

No idea what i will need for sure until the head is off.

I am guessing i damaged the exhaust valves due to overheating/overboosting so may have damaged over stuff too.

i would say it is worth getting the head skimmed seen a few pugs with same problem after 8 months

For piece of mind I always get heads skimmed. £40 for skim and presure test it just makes sense.

Saying that I haven't touched a head gasket since doing one on a k series engine twice in 6months.

those manifold gaskets look a bit poop (having uses similar before ). Headgasket is probably fine. If you can't afford genuine, I'd suggest Victor-Reinz gaskets as VERY high quality
