head gasket

i fink my head gasket has gone on my 1.2 16v clio its all creamy in oil cap and is using a lot of water
any ideas on how to change it and pics would be very helpfull and any info at all on doin it thx
and does anyone know how to adjust accelrater pedal thx

mines nearly always done that from new because i never do long distance, if you always just doing short trips you can get this cream, doesnt mean your gaskets gone, altho mine doesnt use water???? has your water got oil in it??
