answer to most of your questions are stop being a girl
1 they pull out, try harder
2 they have screws in iirc
3 they pull off they have clips at the top yank them out a tad and stick your head in there you will see the clips you just push them
4 pull harder

lol thanks but im not being a girl im bein carefull....

2, i have taken the screws out but still wont budge

hiya mate be a bit carful though because even thoug people are saying dont be a girl i wrecked all my grab handles , sun visors etc so iv had to go to renault and buy all new !! all because i pulled them to hard ..

Some of the plastic clips come out a lot easier if the screws are loosened half-way and then pulled out.

An old forum friend who works in Renualt service told me that about 2 years ago.

oh crap.. so they do just pull off? just got to do it carefull? i suppose buying new ones is cheeper than buying a new sunroof tho if i do brake one or two...

hmm good tip i wil try that tomorrow

yeh they all pull off just, you need to know which way to pull them or you f**k up the clips. just be carefull, but you need to pull pretty hard on some of the mentioned parts. what are you actually doing? sealing your sun roof?

just seal it all up all the way round while you have the liner off. youll seal the bit thats leaking and itll start leaking somwhere else in a while. pile it up with sealer, job done.
