Head unit, amp, tv, sat nav etc

  Renault Sport Clio 172
Hello, im Jagz i'm new here. I brought my Clio sport 172 last week.

Today i tried to fit a sub and amp to my standart head unit only to find that all the wires are very close, and i dont have any audio output termials.

DO i need to buy a new head unit?

I also have built in sat nav. So i'm thinking i may put a slide out dvd player with 7" screen in place of the standard head unit. I can then fit my sub and amp as well, but also i thought it would be good if i could run the dvd player threw the sat nav. does any one know if this is posiable. i do like to brake the boundies with I.C.E.

I have been told many a time things are not possiable but i find away.

Thanks

Paul Jaggers

Thanks for your advice. i checked them out looks like im goin to be buyin a new head unit with a touch screen.

anyone got tips or can recommend one would be great.

i pushed the boundries in my old 205 i had 4 different means on input, laptop, ps2, ipod, and mobile phone. i had this all runnin threw one head unit with one input plus a 10 disc cd player, now i never wanted to have to unplug wires and reconnect, but no audio company in my area could help, from sextons to halfolds to aztec stearo. but i found away. i also wanted to be able to run an addition input such as dj decks. which i never got round to doin but it was all ready and possiable.

just found out if i fit a new head unit i will lose my sat nav, but also found out that if i fit some phono connections to the speakers i can run a sub from that. a sfor my problem with gettin sound from my playstation to come out my head unit and speakers with out an aux input. i can just use an fm modulator., which means you can actually fit any item you want. which i hadnt thought of before
