are they illegal, yea "chav" ones, not the shitty blue l.e.d.s bulbs i mean the h7 bulbs. i seen them on a few starlets and civics and i want some!

Well, headlight bulbs are generally white. I think the one's which look blue are "not for road use". So therefore shouldn't be used on the road. Although you can get blue tinted bulbs, but they look white when switched on.

Are you sure these lights you've seen aren't HID conversions? Which also shouldn't be used really, but it's not so bad as long as you fit them to projector type headlights. But shouldn't be fitted to normal headlights, like the polish have done around here and blind everyone.

I'd get some normal bulbs mate.

yea maybe they are conversions. thats a bummer ! yea i think i might get some of them , my yellow bulbs look crap lol

You can get some Philips Blue Vision I think they're called. They're quite good at night. Blue tinted bulbs, but give off a very white light.

Get yourself a Philips Diamond vision. They are more blue then the original 4300K xenon and they are road legal.

ive got halfords super brilliance (i think)...they seem to be a nice crisp white colour...compared to the sidelights anyway.
