headlight conversion

hey all, i have a 1.2 mk2 i was just wondering what i need to convert my headlights to hd xenons.

1- replace whole headlights to 172 ones
2- buy one of those conversion kits
3- has any one done this? (pics?)
4- any 1 know where they sell them?
