Headlight Differences?

Ive unfortunately had a bit of a front end knock in my '04 plate dynamique which has resulted in me smashing the drivers side headlight and buckling the bonnet and wing!

ANYWAY, back to the question!

Just wanted to know, is there ny difference between the headlights for my year '2004' and the earlier models. Maybe its just an illusion but ive got a feeling the earlier ones have a black backing inside and the newer ones have a grey/silver colouring.

Any ideas?

Yeh your right yours has a grey backing inside it. They are different part numbers aswell iirc.

yep. they are a different colour. other than that they are identical, they still use the same level adjusters etc.
