headlight gone

looked for a guide but could not find one
aint looked yet as i aint got a new bulb
how do you change it ?? headlight out or is there a little cover on the back that you can get your hand down,
and what bulbs should i go for ??
car is a 182 cup! so what like summit that looks like a xenon effect

fiddlely rubberish cover that you take off to replace!

do you know if they are h4 or h7 bulbs

My bulb has gone last night!! (again) which one do i get to replace? are they the same as the bulbs in the sports? I've got xenon headlights btw. Help would be appriciated
