headlight problems

headlight went out the night before last so i thought ok easy fix, whipped out the old bulb put a new one in. job done.. so i thought, worked at the start of the night but after about an hour or so the headlight was off again, the bulb doesnt look like its gone but its just not working, iv tried wiggling and cleaning all the wires and everything but its still off.

so have i just messed up the bulb or is there something else i should be checking?

just the same bulb ?, all you can really do is check if power is going to it

possably a bad fuse ?

agreed check fuses first just to eliminate that
