Headlight Restoration Help

Right, gone over twice now, started with 1000, then 1500 then 2000 wet and dry, left this haze still, awaiting my polish but surely that wont get rid of the haze?

Any help appreciated

It will get rid of it, that's how they look before polishing. Once polished up & looking nice, get some sealer on them, then a couple of coats of wax. Stand back & admire your handy work.

I just used Auto Glym stuff & gave them two coats of Megs wax.

I got some 2000-3000 grit paper that i plan to do this very job with.
