Headlight sensor?

[MARTYN ARCTIC BLUE 182]

my headlights have been turning on automatically when darkness approaches since I had my 182, no problem.
Al of a sudden this has stopped and I need to turn manually, no hale, just bugging me.
is there a sensor gone? Where is it, if there is one?
Any help wold be appreciated

You sure you just havent turned the automatic headlights off?

When the car is off, and the keys are out of the ignition, twist the headlight switch to the sidelight position twice. You should hear two beeps. This means its on.

Do it again, and you will hear one beep, indicating that they are off.

I can activate / deactivate mine without the key in the ignition .

Hi mate,

Same thing happened to mine, so scrolled through all the posts to see if anyone had the same problem and i found this one...

Problem solved now, so thanks for your knowledge
