Headlight upgrade

Thinking of a headlight upgrade guys as my standard ones arent brilliant.

Has anyone got any experience with osram nightbreakers, apparentley they offer 90% more light, sounds good to me for £24 a pair!

Nightbreakers are very good. Had them in my 182Cup.

Haven't used them as I've got xenons, but time and time again the Osram Nightbreakers come up & get recommended in these sorts of threads. That can only be a good thing.

I've got nightbreakers and they are great but still lack that 'xenon' look hence why I've just ordered a 6000k HID kit for around £58 of a guy on here who sells them.

Will let you know how I get on when they are here.

Also if your headlights are quite dirty, get them machine polished!! Still need to do mine yet.

I had the Halfords 50% brilliance ones in my Ph1 and they were a massive improvement over whatever was in there before... think the 90s were in the full beam.

Got a set of nightbreakers in the Scoob. Freakin' awesome... whatever was in there before wasn't allowing me to drive over about 8mph as i couldn't see past the end of the bumper !

I thought i'd read H7 but after a quick google im seeing H4, so which fitment do i need?

if you actually read the rules about headlights youl find that HID's are illegal. and if another car was in a crash because of the lights been to bright the court wont take kindly to you atall.

well everyone speeds and everybody is aware its not legal. but youl find not many people know that HID's are.
