headlight washer jet plugs/covers

as above were/can you purchase these to get rid of the headlight washer jets and cover the hole youve left
i think ive seen these on a blue cup?

I think if you remove the washer jets that come on a car with xenons this makes the xenons illegal

Some thing to do with they've to have washers with xenons to pass mot or some crap like that...

I remember the blanks being about 50 quid when I priced them up, I bought the washers instead. They were only 8 quid each I think.
