headlight washer removal

they are pissing me off and making a mess over the painwork.

can i just disconnect them from behind the bumper so they dont work?

i've had a look in guides and cant find anything.

Or can/has someone removed the washers altogether and replaced them with the blanks from the cup's?

Have you still got the Xenons? If so, I don't think you will pass an MOT with out the washer jets in place.
