headlights not working. Help

  clio 1.5dci
Both dipped headlight not working on my 2008 clio (MK3). I have checked all fuses I can find, including the ones in the upc board next to the battery. The next thing is relays. The thing is, what relay controls the headlights? Does anyone know, or does anyone have a layout for this board? I have browsed loads of threads requesting this info. So if anyone knows it would be helpful to a lot of people. Thanks

I don't know how technically minded you are so I'll ask the simple things first.

1. Are the bulbs definitely ok? Have you actually physically checked and seen that the filament is intact?
2. If they are ok, test voltage at the bulb holders. If you aren't getting 12v, then trace the wiring.
3. Check the relay. (Relays can be swapped around on most vehicles to fault trace)

No not checked the bulbs. But cant see both going at once. Just wanted a detailed layout of the relay/fuse board. Looked everywhere online for witing diagrams etc. But nothing.

  Many.
Please check the bulbs first, I've been out to far too many people who say they've had two go at once, to find both bulbs blown.

If the bulbs were changed at the same time and they have more or less the same lifespan then it's not uncommon for them to go at same time, if xenon I would be looking for a fault, but halogen my first point of call wld be to check the bulbs

The amount of breakdowns I get sent out to where the headlights don't work and it's both bulbs blown, is a ridiculous amount.
Checking the bulbs is the easiest check you can do. Lets you know if you need to chase a fault or not.
