hey i bought a alpine iva d 105r, when the unit is on my interior dash lights come on, just wondering if its ment to do that? thanks

no it's not meant to do that lol

i'd say you have a 12v supply going to the illumination wire at the head unit thats what is bringing them on

iirc it is an orange one

so the orange one on the car harness itself shouldn't be connected to anything?

ahh it's orange on the head unit side not sure on the car side
