headunit question

Can you give me examples of headunits that are compatible with the screen, cd changer and steering control without using adapters, thanks a lot!!

not too many that i know off to be honest, iirc the only ones that work are the original OE ones, mine works well with the adaptor

just the original ones i think, mines a sony head unit but there are adaptors for all makes, iirc means if i remember correctly
