Headunits _ Who Repairs Them For Renault

Mine is away now for the 3rd time, was previously told they would just replace it but they have backtracked on the offer, went away last tuesday, what company is it fixes them for renault?

They can use whoever they want, my local dealer uses what looks like a doggie back street place miles away.

Im surprised they bother getting them repaired, I would have thought it would be easier and cheaper for them to just bin them and fit a new one.

any radios that are still in the 3 year warranty now go back to renault - you take the car in they take the set out > reno uk pic it up > then the dealer gets it back 3-4 days later!
