Are the headlights on a phase 2 172 the same as the headlights on a 182?

Same fitment, different colour. 172 = Black, 182 = grey.

iirc one backing is grey and one is black, im sure someone will be along to say exactly which way round it is.

But fitment wise they should be identical.

Yep as said both exactly the same except 172 ones are black and 182 are grey.

ok thanks guys, does anyone have any idea's as to where i can find a second hand one for a 172 and what price i'd be looking at paying?

You must have been very lucky finding that, they're usually £250 a peice from the stealers.

Looks like, because it will be alot cheaper than a standard headlight from main steeler i'm going to get some angel eyes. which do you think look better? Opinion please
