heard about factory upgrades for cups...

I could be wrong though...Is there a Renault ecu remap for about £600 or something that gives you 200bhp in your cup?

Or have I just made this up?!?!

Other obvious performance mods people would suggest I suppose would be:

s/s exhaust, decat and manifold
Enclosed induction
suspension
brakes

Any advice on the above - what kind of setups are people running in their cups and what would you all recommend?

Top get 200hp you need head work, cams, remap, manifold work. IK and exhaust will see about 210~215hp

The ecu your on about is the R-Sport one which isnt an official Renault product (in the UK for definate) its sold by a few Renault tunning companies its just a whole new ECU for the car very easy to replace but onces used on your car is stuck to that car so it cannot be resold. Its £250 or so not much more power top end but mid range is imporved apparently, it isnt mapped for your car though so isnt the most powerful remap options. SMP6 for £500 are made for your car make more power or make more reliable power depending upon how you look at it.
