Heated rear window

Been struggling with this for a while heated rear window has a mind of its own turns on and off when it wants more on than off though to be honest. Changed the switch which didnt do anything.

so think it must be the relay but I dont have a clue where it is anyone know ?

I think it is up behind the glove box, going to be in there myself soon as my heated rear screen is playing silly buggers too.

Cool. I think I will go to the Renault dealer tomorrow and price up a heated rear screen switch and relay.
