Heater / Air-con numbers 3 and 4 not working

Hi everyone,

I've done a search but can't find anything quite like what is happening to my 06 Clio. Numbers 3 and 4 don't work either when I'm using the heater or the air-con, it just goes dead. Now intermittently my number 2 is going too and I would kinda like the aircon to work fully in this kind of weather lol.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can start to check please? I'm awful with electrics but will give anything a try

Heater resistor and loom required. Burnt out. Couple hours to fit.

Thanks for the quick reply! The resistor I can handle but bit scared of the loom, is this something I should get a mechanic to do to be safe or am I being a wimp?

Both are required, match the wires up job done. Common fault.
