heater blower

can any one shed any light on why my blower doesnt work on my 172 sport when i put it on at any speeds eg automatic windscreen demister, fuse is fine also a funny humming noise coming from my interior light area any one know ?thanks

Try the heater resistor.

Do a search for the picture its under the scuttle panel on the drivers side.
