Heater fans

Got a bit of an intermittant problem with them they will work fine then sometimes the fans randomly stop working, turn them upto 4 and nothing then ill be driving along and all of a sudden they start,
Any ideas where to even start looking?

Most likly the resister pack under the scuttle panle its been explaianed time and time again.

£80 ish for a new one from Renault.
