Heater motor working but fans not

Got no blowers working in my clio 172 phs2 the motor is working as you can hear the speed changing when increasing on the controls poxy freezing in the car could it be the heater control valve?????? If so where is it.. I've been told its not the resistor pack as the motor is working and I've changed the 30amp fuse..... Help please

Try bridging points 1 and 5 on the resistor pack plug, if the fans work on full blast it's the resistor

This resistor pack has f*cked up to me 3 times now!! I dont know why it keeps doing it. It did it 2010, then in 2012 now its just done it again and i will be sending it off for a repair. Why do they keep breaking? its the same as most people's problem - the digital display all works fine just no fan. This has just happened after washing it, could watervhave got in it some how and messed it up?
