heater problem (already changed resistor)

alright, my heaters packed in about 2 weeks ago but the resistor i ordered has only just came ive changed it and heaters still arnt working the fan and motor are spinning freely so what could it be if anyone knows?

Do you mean the motor spins freely by hand? That doesnt mean its working, With the heaters on full id be checking for 12v and an earth at the motor connector. Probably find the motors packed in.
