Heater Problems Mk2 Ph2

anyone had this problem befor my heaters have stopped working ,when you press the air circulate button the light comes on so i dont think its a power problem plus i have cheaked the fuse and its ok so dont think it could be that.

Checked the interior fan fuse? Rheostat?
