Heaters/Air Con only work on full power

Yes. But people are saying resistor pack when it's stuck on. I can turn it off.

I could have sworn I seen a guy post this problem not long ago... might be getting mixed up with the can't turn off one.

"resistor" pack is what it is

as the control by-passes it on full (4)
