Heaters not working very well

Right the last few weeks ive noticed my heaters not working very well, they arnt blowing at all, only slight heat comes out the windowscreen vents but thats about it, i've had a search but not really found much, what things do i need to check? any ideas?

First thing I would check is the heater blower

Could be the resistor, check the guide on here, it tells you how to test and repair it

great jenic! i've had a look, i'll bridge the connections and test it

Pollen filter needs changing. Lives under drivers side scuttle panel under the front window. Easy job.
