heaters stuck on?

Problem... The blowers are stuck on, can turn heat up or down, can change to feet etc. But when you try to turn the blowers down it don't work, or turn them off & they stay on.

Even with the climate control unit disconnected they are still stuck on.

I've tried 2 other climate control units & they are the same so i'm guessing its not the climate control unit that is faulty?

Anyone else had this problem or know what it could be? Don't want to spend loads of money finding out whats wrong with it. & don't want to send it to renault.

had the same prob on my 182 theres a mod on here which should solve it,if its the same as what was happening to mine,can you turn the fan up or down even though its blowing hot?

on the screen the lines go up & down when you press the buttons but the blowers do not change speed, they are stuck on full blast!

i can turn the temperature up or down & this works it can still blow hot or cold.

i can also change between the different settings such as feet, dash or screen & this also works.

not the same as mine then, mine kept blowing hot all the time .Looks like you may need the clever people on here to solve that one

search on here, u can replace part, solder it in , but others where cases of not blowing at all

Wife's 182 did the same last Friday. Also the motor failed so fixed that with the cable tie.

I've sent my resistor pack of to a a guy on eBay to be repaired. Hoping to get it back at the end of the week.

Mine has the same problem started this morning. Heater stuck on hot about half speed - very warm drive to work! All the buttons work , they just dont do anything! What do you think it is???
